At mylittlehands, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and with care. Please read our shipping policy below:

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard delivery time within India: 5–7 business days (depending on your location).

  • Remote or rural areas may take a little longer.

  • You will receive a tracking ID once your order has been shipped, to help you track the status of your package.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹60 will be applied.

Delays

  • While we try our best to ensure on-time delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, courier partner issues, or regional restrictions.

  • In such cases, our customer support team will keep you informed.

Wrong / Incomplete Address

  • Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.

  • mylittlehands will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within India. (International shipping may be introduced in the future.)
