New Parents Program

Your journey towards parenthood has begun. At My Little Hands Preconception and Prenatal Programs, parents-to-be and new parents learn how to consciously prepare for their child’s healthy development in the womb and for the joyful arrival of their little one. Through workshops, classes, group gatherings, and consultations, we provide the support families need to nurture children with health and happiness. The New Parents Program features expert-led sessions that guide and empower parents throughout pregnancy and beyond.
